I have 6 laying hens that are on a layer feed. I also have 8 , 12 week old chicks on a grower feed. I want to combine them. What feed do I give them?

Grower.

What is the protein % of the grower?
Do you have a 16% All Flock feed available?

The primary differences in feed are calcium % and protein %. Chicks need higher protein. Maturing birds need low protein. Layers can do well with 16-18% protein.

Calcium is more critical. Layer is 4% and all other feeds are 1%. Birds not building egg shells should not be eating a 4% calcium feed.

Yes, feed everyone Grower feed. Put a dish of crushed oyster shells on the side so the layers can get their calcium needs met. The younger ones won't bother with the oyster shell much, because they instinctively know they don't need it.
