Cockerel or pullet? Breed?

***UPDATE*** Super Chicken went to a new home where he will be the resident stud/protector. Thanks for all the help!
This was sold to me as a brahma pullet when it was 3 weeks old. I think they were wrong on both parts.

How old is it now? It is definitely not a brahma, and depending on age that might not be a pullet either...My guess is rooster. And sorry I don't really know what breed it could be.
