Breed and gender question!!!

thats a cockerel, i've been wondering about my chicks gender too. H/she looks like your chick but not the comb. However, your chicks look like production reds.

If they were ISA browns, the cockerel of the group would look nothing like the pullets. Isa Browns are a type of red sexlink, and the whole point sexlinks is to be able to sex them by color. A male Isa Brown is white, and develops red feathering as he matures.

Quite true. Wasn't thinking when I posted that.
 
I didn't even think to question the fact that they gave me the wrong breed of chickens until I was pretty sure I had a rooster!
