Infertile eggs?

Thread Starter
This is my first time breeding my own turkeys. I've hatched plenty from the incubator for other people but I've never had my own. I'm getting eggs every other day from my two hens and I have put every one in the incubator, but none have been fertile so far. I've seen my tom mount them. I know there are certain breeds that can't reproduce on their own, but my hens are Holland and standard bronze and pretty big, but my tom is a blue slate so I didn't think it would be a problem? Any tips? I've been trying for almost 3 months now to even get a fertile egg. I just don't know what I'm doing wrong, any help at all would be great. Thank you!

Your Tom isn't getting the job done, either he's not mating correctly or he's infertile.
