Momma has been sitting for 38 days. Yesterday 2 of the 12 hatched. Is it normal for it to take a couple days to hatch all? The babies are just staying under her. When will they come out to eat? Sorry, first time with baby ducks.

It might take them a day or two to hatch out and they'll probably stay under her for a few days. Ducklings can survive for three day's after hatch on the yolk they absorbed before hatching so they should be fine as long as mom keeps them warm.

6 of the 12 hatched. The 6 babies are eating and drinking. But mom is still sitting on remaining eggs. it has been 3 days. Should I remove the other eggs?

Check and see if the eggs are alive and just in need of help, she may be waiting for perfectly healthy ducklings that can't hatch on their own. Pick them up and place them to your ear then tap on them a few times, if afterward you hear peeping or clicking then the ducklings is alive but can't get out. I'll link a page to a article about helping with hatches. https://www.backyardchickens.com/a/step-by-step-guide-to-assisted-hatching
