They're red sex link pullets. Easy to sex cause the sex is linked to the color of the feathers. Red/gold base feathers with white underfluff means female. Silver/white feathers with red patched only on the wings means male. They're going to be wonderful layers for you here in a few months.

That picture kind of explains it pretty well. Your chicks all look similar to the picture of the pullet, and nothing like the picture of the cockerel. Are you still confused?
