Chicken Beak Issue Odd White Spot- photos! Please Advise

Please advise!

I just noticed this spot on my Hen's beak. It almost looks like, it's rotting ???? She also has a tiny bald spot on her neck but other than that she's behaving normally with eating, dust bath, egg production etc. I'm praying she's just rubbed it against the hardware mesh but I have no idea and don't know if this is an emergency.

Can anyone diagnosis this and tell me what to do? Thank you
