Dinosaur Incubator - I Need Help

Thread Starter

I've never incubated eggs, but a friend of my hubby let me have these nifty old bators! I know they'll need cleaning, new wiring and probably other parts as well, but they're so cool :ya Problem is, I've no idea how to operate them :/  Any and all advice and/or information about the repair, running, specs and history of these antiques is much needed and very welcome :D

If it's like my old one which it looks a lot alike, the wingnut on the top would be your temperature setting. Tighten the wingnut to increase temperature. You place lids in the bottom for humidity, then to increase you would place another lid, although personally I would use a small tray with a wet sponge. I had the heating element go bad on mine so I just took the heating element out of an old styrofoam incubator
