chicken has one cloudy eye?

hi all,

I have a chicken that has an eye that has become cloudy, and im getting worried it may be going blind in that eye (other eye is fine)
could someone please let me know what this might mean and if there could be a cure?

This happened to one of my chickens. I made a thread on here and people said it looks like cataracts since it was just in the pupil and not the iris turning gray, which could indicate Marek's disease. She became almost completely blind but I found someone to take her who had special needs chickens.
