Hatch Day! 40 Walsh Harlequin duck eggs... So stressed!

So, we put our incubator on lock down a couple days ago and our "hatch day" settings were set last night before bed.

I hardly slept at all, continued to wake up and make sure temp and humidity didn't change at all.

Our first duckling was completely hatched at around 3am. Then when I checked again at 5am we had two dcklings out and chirping!

Now it's almost 9am and only one more hatched. Several eggs have external pips that have been there for 24 hours and I am panicking! I want to help them but don't want to disturb the incubator yet incase the drop in humidity could effect the other eggs that may still hatch on their own.

I will be so sad if only 3 make it out of 40!

Any advice for a new duckling mama?
