Is this chick shrink wrapped?

This was an odd egg. It "pipped" yesterday, not a hole, but a cracked at the fat end of the egg. So I'm bad and grabbed it out to help the a hole, candled it and the air cell was huge (it decreased by almost another 1/3 of the shell more since lockdown). So I made a tiny hole where the crack was to shine a light. Still had veins so I put it back in.

Humidity was 44-50% throughout incubation, steady temp of 99.3 -100. Lockdown humidity has been steady at 67%.

Well 26 hrs later, still didn't hatch or progress, so I took it out to candle. It's barely moving from yesterday so I opt to open it up. Alittle more to see in and put it in another still air incubator for close watch. Btw, the chick didn't internally pip, only a crack on the outside, is this normal?

Does this look like shrink wrapped?

Since I put it in the separate incubator it's moving more with a much higher humidity.
