well my barred naked neck is sick,she has throat infection, it seems like she wants to eat but she cant, i opened her beak and i see your infection, but i really dont know what i can give to her, please if somebody knows something please let me know.
 
I would definitely separate her from the rest of the flock asap in case it's contagious. Are her eyes clear or do they have mucous? Have you added anyone new to the flock recently? Is she breathing ok, and still acting normal? Could be a number of things, respiratory issues, etc. Most respiratory illnesses require a blood test to narrow it down to the exact problem, but there are antibiotics that you can get at the feed store or online that are used for a lot of problems. Tetracycline being one of them. If you could describe in more detail what the symptoms are we may be able to narrow it down or figure something out.

Is the infection in her throat only or does she have a discharge from her eyes/nose any lesions on her comb or face?
Can you post any photos?
It's possible that it is canker here is more information.

Well she is normal, eyes and comb are fine, the only thing is she cant eat, but a buy them watermelon and she ate a little bit, later a im gonna take some pics

this is my barred hen, her comb starts getting black but she is like that maybe a month, i didnt notice till now
 
She drinks and she tries to eat but she cant, and she was better yesterday , but she is weak because she cant eat , there is sonething that i can give her for her throat
