Hi all! I have 5 one month and 6 day old chicks. There are 3 that I am not sure about gender wise, and I would really appreciate some input :) I really tried to get comb and body pictures the best I could, but the stinkers are so quick and don't know how to pose for a picture lol! This first set of pictures is my Silver Laced Wyandotte. I am pretty sure this one is a rooster, but I would like more eyes on him/her and an opinion!

This next one (I think) is my Barred Rock. I am pretty sure this one is a hen but because his/her comb is more developed then any of the other chicks, I wonder if that's why I am a little confused. But again, I really wouldn't mind having more eyes on him/her!

This last one is my Ancona. With the research that I have been doing on the difference between roosters and hens, for the Ancona's they both look the same. So, I really wouldn't mind having someone give a good look her him/her either. I think she is a hen, but who knows! lol

Thank you all so so much for helping me out! We are not aloud to have roosters in town, so I really appreciate all of you for helping and taking a look at my babes! :)

#1 is not a Wyandotte but appears to be a Sebright; with a comb like that, it's almost certainly a cockerel.

#2 looks to be a Barred Rock cockerel - the barring is very light and the comb large.

#3 isn't an Ancona but a Silver Laced Wyandotte, and it appears to be a pullet.

Pictures without the red light are always best for sexing. The red makes it hard to tell the color of the comb.

I agree on the Sebright cockerel and the barred Rock cockerel. The last bird is a Wyandotte, but I'm not positive it's a pullet. A comb pic in natural light would help.
