Lethargic Chicken

This morning she is extremely lethargic and although she got up to eat and drink when I gave them all fresh water and food, other than that she is in the corner of the cage by herself and can barely stay awake. I do not know if I am paranoid or appropriately concerned. Does anyone have any advice?

She's sick. It's impossible to diagnose her, but I would give her a round of an antibiotic such as Clavamox or amoxicillin. Ten days. But it could be some genetic flaw that you can do nothing about.
