This will be my first attempt at hatching...I have 2 chicks who hatched yesterday, one this morning and the rest are not doing anything. It is day 20 so from what I read we are ok, however, humidity is staying at 80...I have removed the red pins at top but I'm not sure what else to do...any suggestions?

As long as there isn't condensation on/in the bator you're ok. If it concerns you, you can open it a bit and let some humidity out. Yes it is safe to open the bator.
