This will be my first attempt at hatching...I have 2 chicks who hatched yesterday, one this morning and the rest are not doing anything. It is day 20 so from what I read we are ok, however, humidity is staying at 80...I have removed the red pins at top but I'm not sure what else to do...any suggestions?

:welcome  As long as there isn't condensation on/in the bator you're ok. If it concerns you, you can open it a bit and let some humidity out. Yes it is safe to open the bator.
