Any ideas on breed?

Gotcha. Thank you so much for the info. Now I just need to find a good home for him.

They have totally different comb types. Yours has a pea comb which stays small and low to the head. Your Leghorn has a single comb which is thin, tall, and has points. Pea combs were developed to prevent frostbite.
x2 with this.

Not only do Leghorns have straight combs, they have very big straight combs, and Leghorn boys develop them early and proud

Look at this bird's comb and your EE pullet's combs. His is plump, red, and has three nice rows to it. Theirs will be small, fleshy colored, with a single row up the middle. Having a pea comb also means the birds don't have as much wattles (below the beak) as a straight combed bird does.

Plus, this wild, flashy color won't be seen on a pullet. Males are bright and splashy and easy to spot. Females will be more even colored, smoother, designed to blend in and not be seen.
