What is this black line in my egg? Does it mean my chick is dead? Should I be worried about my egg exploding?

What is this black line in my egg? Does it mean my chick is dead? Should I be worried about my egg exploding?
I'm still new at incubating eggs but I found this, hopefully it will help. I think more info is needed, what day are you on in the hatch process? What kind of egg is it? What kind of incubator? What are your temps & humidity running?

In the Brooder
It is a Wyandot egg and it is day 7. The egg color is brown and the temp is usually about 100-101. Humidity about 40-50. I am just worried it there is something wrong. Thanks for the page.
No problem, I wish I could help more. I'm sure one of the hatch pros will be more able to help.
