Limping birds??! One with looks like swollen joints in foot?

I went to let my birds out this morning and I have 4 who are limping! One looks like the joints and knuckles are swollen in the gimp foot. The others look normal but they are limping. I've never seen this before and don't know what to do for them! Any tips or suggestions?
 
Swollen joints can be a sign of mycoplasma synovitis, or MS, a respiratory or mycoplasmal infection of the joints. Gout can also cause swelling of the feet. Sprains can cause swelling, but since you have seceral birds with it, I would suspect an infection. A picture may help.
