Please help! I have turkeys hatching. They pip, start to zip and die. I've had 6 do this already and I'm starting to freak out. The incubator is at 100-101 degrees and 78% humidity.

I helped one out of its shell and it's having a hard time walking now (hatched 2 days ago). I'm hesitant to help any more. Last night I had 2 that had pipped and started to zip. I could see both of them moving, breathing, peeping,I could see their beaks, feathers and could watch them breath. One seemed to be struggling so I took tweezers and pulled small bits of the shell off leaving the membrane, only about half an inchs worth of shell was taken off. The other one seemed fine, so I left it alone. I watched them till 10:30, wished them luck and went to bed. At 5:30 this morning, they both had died in their shell. Neither of them had progressed in the hatching after I went to bed. I still have 10 eggs in the incubator and I'm terrified that all of them will die like this. I have no clue what to do and need help.
