Is this peacock unwell?

This guy turned up in my neighbour's garden today. He's been there about 12 hours and not eaten anything during that time. I don't know anything about these beautiful ccreatures and can't tell if anything looks amiss. Is he sick or just fed up because we had several hours of very heavy rain? Thanks for your help!

Welcome to BYC!

He does look like he might not be feeling well.

Thank you, Kathy. I shall look into what can be done. Not too common a problem in the middle of London, England!

In the picture I see that his wings are droopy, his head is tucked in and his feathers look "fluffed". This are three if the many signs that a bird might be ill. Would be best to catch him and get a closer look at him and his poop.
