What size band should I get?

Ok so we got 15 ducklings 3 weeks ago, we are getting 20 more early next week, and I want to band this group a different color since they are the same breed but the 20 are show stock. What size band should I get for a welsh harlequin duck? And what age can I take them out of the brooder to be outside?
 
I'll second colored zip ties. It's not a hassle to keep a bunch of different sizes. I bought about a pack with 8 colors on Amazon for about $8.

Significantly less expensive than spiral bands and easier to remove! Ever try to get a spiral band off of a duck after a growth spurt?
 
We had problems with the spiral poultry bands cutting into the ducks' legs. They were not too tight, it was the pointed ends on wet skin that seemed to cause the issue. We tried the wrap around bands but the ducks are able to unwrap them and pull them off because they are smarter than chickens. We use small zip ties that we cut off and replace with larger zip ties when they outgrow them. The ducks can't remove them if they are tight enough but we can take them off easily with scissors.
