Cream Legbar Hen Comb

Thread Starter

Is it normal to have a cream legbar hen with a really floppy comb? I have posted a picture of the hen and rooster just to show you what I have. I would like to start breeding and selling. Any suggestions?

Hi welcome-byc.gif

Glad you could join the flock! I'm afraid it's not a breed I keep but here is a popular thread ~ http://www.backyardchickens.com/t/509483/cream-legbars
The keepers there should be able to offer you advice on your hen.

Good luck and enjoy BYC frow.gif

Yes, the wickle or S-shaped comb is very common on Cream Legbar Hens.

Down to just Cream Legbars...
