I know for sure he is a Dominique cross, and he is maybe a little over a year old. He has a unique comb too, almost looks like half buttercup half strait, while also being a little smooshed over to the side. Very, very sweet bird, but he's quite shy with me yet (we're working on that). He takes great care in his girls! I sure lucked out
