I think one of our hens has an egg stuck in her. Her vent looks almost inside out, and her stomach is extremely swollen. I have been giving her warm epsom salt baths almost 5 times a day and giving her calcium supplements. She has been this way for almost a week, and I have read that if they dont pass it within 48 hours they usually die. She is pooping regularly however. Maybe a stuck egg is not the problem. Not sure.

Sounds like a prolapsed vent which I have 0 experience with. I do know that time is of the essence getting the prolapsed portion to stay in and it may be too late at this point. Hopefully someone who knows a bit more will chime in soon.
