Can anyone identify the breed and more importantly the gender of these two? Thanks

Neither have feathers on their feet. #1 has puffy cheeks. They are both bantams

I am going to guess EE cockerel on the first and dark Cornish cockerel on the second.

The first is a Quail Belgian Bearded d'Anver (I know because I have 5 of them). He is a rooster, both by the coloring and the comb development. The other one is also a rooster, but I don't know what kind of Bantam rooster. I'll guess he's a Dark Cornish Bantam rooster.
