If they're 7 weeks I'm going to say you're probably right about your 2 babies.  They've also got that rounder body when viewed from above, another one of those big clues.  I'm all for 'until it lays an egg or crows' but ...

 

My pullets at 12 weeks looked like this:

18 layers of various breeds and 8 cute chicks... and a broody sitting on the last chicks produced by our Super Blue roo and Super Blue pullet.

 

RIP Gus, our beautiful Super Blue rooster.  May you live on through your beautiful chicks!

Look like Roos to be.  The eye in the last picture is "cloudy" or is it just the angle?
