8 week old Black and White EE, thinking it is a Roo?

Shoot, I believe one of my birds is a Roo. Just started to become quite mean to the siblings who are MUCH smaller, including the legs. Can you take a look and let me know your thoughts?

Another thread is say not, look at these tail feathers just 4 days later, showing

 

e green and red now too, hard to see in this shot.
