Is this a frizzle?

I bought three chicks sold to me as blue silkies. Two have five toes and black skin but one has black skin four toes. The one with four toes looks maybe like its a frizzle maybe a Cochin but the guy said he doesn't have any frizzles.

I think it's a mix, it appears to have muffs and is definitely looking frizzled, so possibly a silkie Cochin mix.
 
Ooh that would make me very happy! Thanks for the comment and help. If it is a mix would the crest ( if it has one) frizzle as well?
 
"Looks" very close to our silkies as chicks.....the way I was told to tell if its going to be a frizzle....is if the wings start to "curl" like eye lashes. Good Luck!
