Coop Critiques? - work in progress

Hi all. I have 3 Ancona ducklings and they still have a while before they go outside. We started building their house out of old pallets and scrap wood and plan to attach a gated pen to it before winter comes. Just wondering if you have any critiques or ideas with where it is now. Still need to sure up some with hardware cloth and add some wood trim at the tops and on the bottoms/sides. We'll hopefully also add some support to the end of the roof that hangs over into where the pen area will be.

The pallet ramp is just for visualization. The ramp won't be as big and we'll need "railings," especially for our young male who seems to be a bit special sometimes.

It looks good to me. For snow I'm sure you could just throw a tarp over the run or build a little roof, but I don't think ducks mind snow too much.
