Hello all! After months of research and planning, our family has finally begun this new adventure of keeping chickens. Currently our backyard flock of hens consists of 3 buff Orpingtons and 1 New Hampshire Red. They are all 1 year old and laying 3-4 eggs daily :) I would like to add another 2 hens to the flock in the coming months. Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself and look forward to coming to this community with any related questions. Thanks

When you are about to add more hens, please check out the "integrating new birds to established flock," articles first. The "look but don't touch," method is very good
