I have  a question, I have 6 pekin ducks they are 7 weeks old and living outside... I am not sure what is females and what is male. I have done research and have heard that the male sometimes has a weaker quack and a curly tail feather but none of my ducks have that yet ? if you know anything let me know

They are still too young for the voice change and development of the 'drake' curl.

Yes, they change their voice about 8-10 weeks. My pekin drake was the first of the 3 breeds of drakes to change voice and act like a drake. He'll sound like he has laryngitis! It was about week 8-10 when his drake feathers came in, a little later for the black swedish and runner. Then of course he'll lose the drake feathers for a while when he does his first moult... I'm no breeder, but I did notice that when the females started to lay, their eggs were small at first, so I'd wait until the size of the eggs stabilized before letting them try to incubate them.
