Hatching Ducklings in a mixed flock???

Hi! I have a breeding pair of pekin ducks and mama is currently sitting on 21 eggs. They should hatch by the end of the week or next week and I was wondering should i separate them from the drake and my 7 week old chickens? If so what is the best way to separate them?
 
Some drakes are fine with ducklings, and others have been known to kill them. Keep an eye on him when they hatch. Hopefully he will be one of the 'good' drakes.

Hopefully! But what about the chickens? Do you think they're still young enough to be ok and not peck them to death?
