Whats wrong with my chicken!!!!!

She was attacked about 2 weeks ago, they basically ripped her skin from under her left wing and you could see the full breast/meat, but i cleaned it and now it's perfect healinh, but now her neck is like this and she sits as if shes poofed up..

If she is eating, drinking, moving around and pooping she should be okay. She is probably lonely. Chicken really like the company of other chickens. It is hard to say with certainty without looking her over.
 
@Choco Maran shes eats and drinks and walks perfectly shes sometimes alone, but i have 5 other chickens that acompany her but she just started yesterday.. She will walk and lift her foot and put her like backwards and looks like a ball
