I am tired. South Strabane wants gas wells. I want backyard chickens. I tried variance. I was denied. I tried changing ordinance. No change. What's the next step. Nobody cares?
 
None. I have 2 pain in the *** neighbors. One is crazy and thinks I'm having an affair with her 75 year old husband. And the other is just ugly inside and out! However I am allowed Quail??? I have some eggs in incubator should be hatching in 2 days but I really miss my girls. They helped a lot with my depression

well.. quails are more quite than chickens.. and they are smaller in size..

this is odd.. usually they will either allow or ban all type of poultry..
