I have someone I am thinking of buying from that's from Mexico. I want to know if the birds will survive the trip and if it's even allowed to ship birds to the U.S. At all.

You Have To Import Them cost alot. .

You can import, but unless they're exotics, it's probably not worth the time or cost.  A truckload of birds might be worth it, but that's definitely not a topic for here.

Even the Mexicans that live in the US buy their birds in the US.
