8week Lohmann Brown Chicks reddening normal?

Our 8 week old Lohmann Brown Chickens (sex unsure as yet) are developing reddening on skin around face, combs and eyes and waddles. What is normal please and what might be lice/mite irritation. We have recently introduced chickens to outside in our suburban yard where wild birds do frequent. Any advice please?

It looks like normal development of chicken face and comb. The comb, face and wattles will develop more redness as they get closer to point of lay.

btw...I'm no expert on identifying the sex of chickens, but "it" looks like a girl to me :)
