Broody Hen stopped sitting on eggs

So my bantam hen went broody about 3 weeks ago and shortly after another hen started brooding on the same nest. 2 days ago, 3 chicks hatched and now neither hen will sit on the rest of the eggs. I checked the eggs with a light and there are dark spots like what a chick would look like. I don't have an incubator, any idea what I should do?
 
Are the hens being cared after?

If so,the hens are just done sitting and ready to deal with what they have.

Some hens will continue to stay on the eggs,some are just naturally not good at sitting for a long periodic time.3 weeks is a average sitting period for a hen,possibly a 1 or 2 more days added on.

Theres still about 5 eggs already developed, and the hens are being looked after, they havd their own space for them and the chicks. Should I take the eggs that havent quite hatched yet and put them under a heating lamp or something?
 
The hens and the 3 chicks are in a place by themselves, but the other eggs probably only need another day or two of heat to hatch. The two hens have only been off of them for about a day (but its been around 80F where I live), so should I put the other eggs under a heat lamp or something?

Thank you for the advice! I have put the remaining eggs under a heat lamp and see what happens.
 
What ever happened to your 5 eggs? I am in the same exact spot! Two hens on one nest, 3 babies, and about 8 eggs that they not only won't sit on, but which they are so careless of that they have damaged three of them. If they didn't have the babies, I would seli their irresponsible, fluffy butts right now! I am so frustrated with them! My great fear is that, while I have a cheapo incubator, my luck with raising chicks myself is abysmal! They never do well, and my heart breaks when a beautiful, otherwise healthy baby weakens and dies due apparently to my ineptitude! What did you do, and how did it turn out?
 
Well, my eggs ended up being rotten, but the advice that TheTwoRoos gave me should work! I mean, chicks will sometimes die no matter what you do, so you have to kind of know when to let go of a batch of unhatched eggs or some sick chicks.
