If you keep one of the roosters, do some research on how to raise one (and keep one in line). A rooster that isn't raised right can be pretty mean, and now is the time to start giving him some space and make sure he gives you yours. Also, when you pick, make sure he is respectful of his girls as well, not just you- roosters can injure hens. Seperate them both from the flock if you have to until their haromones calm down, before you decide. There are plenty of members on here with more experiance ith roostes than me, so ask around. Keeping a rooster should be a good experiance, not a bad one. And an aggressive bird will pass on those traits to his chicks.
