Very nice coop. We ended up with the same problem.but now that I'm looking for a picture I can't find one!

I plan to ... combination of a good exterior paint and a sealant ...
Problem is that I haven't been able to get to it due to all the Texas rain we've been having ...
All the "outer" boards or "structural" boards are all pressure treated woods ... so if I have boards that break of go bad ... theoretically i should just be able to just screw and unscrew as required.
And yea ... double my budget ... I wasn't excited about that ... in essence, I was "pot committed."
