Well kind of new. I am a long time lurker, I got chickens about 7 years ago and have lurked on this forum since then. I just got my hatchery surprise and 15 rainbow pullets package. Most of which I will need help Identifying

I also got 3 ducks in my surprise package, first time duck owner so I am SUPER excited, I squealed like a child when I opened the box and saw them. So I definitely have a lot of reading up on ducks to do.

Ducks are awesome! Really great pets and so much fun, if a little messy!

I agree! I could not be happier with the ducks! They however are not as happy about me. I am very much inlove with them, ! I have no idea what kind they are though! so I guess that means PICTURES!

Have you posted these pics down in the Ducks section? I'm absolutely no use trying to identify duck breeds when they're this small! But goodness they are adorable, if nothing else. If you want to win them over, offer them treats, in moderation. Mealworms is a firm favourite across species and a good snack for the little ones. You should get some live ones at any good pet shop, or feed store.

OMG thank you for the tip I have been dieing to win them over. I got a paint tray and warm water so the could "swim" but I felt so bad trying to catch them I didnt want to stress them out! THEY LOVED the water but everytime I coughed or moved, they were GONE farthest they could get away from me :( I was like but I LOVE YOU!
