Very lethargic 10 day old chick

She's a wyandotte I got with 3 other chicks. Didn't seem to move with the others when I filled waterer this morning. I picked her up to see what's up. Opened one eye, didn't fight me when I turned on her back. I massaged her throat and in between wings.
I dropped water from spout and she took sips. Not sure if she ate much yesterday (we were at hospital most of the day). I took some water from theirs with the electrolytes in it and started the droppers. Got 3ml in her then took a break. She does peep but only slightly and breathing is slow. She is pushing my finger with talons and opening both eyes.
Any ideas of what's wrong??? And what I could do to help her more?

Possibly a vitamin deficiency? Has she eaten any? Maybe some yogurt or egg would help her get some energy?

thank you. Not sure if she would. No she hasn't eaten anything today yet. I just got her some more water (I have 1 ml med dropper). She used wings, opened both eyes and peeped loud. How do I do the yogurt if she's not eating? Can I do that in dropper as well? I have fruit flavored Greek if that's ok.

I've watered down the yogurt before so that you can get it in a dropper. Not sure about fruit flavored. I feel like people always recommend plain yogurt but I don't see how it could hurt her? Maybe someone with more expertise could chime in on that.

What does her poop look like? I'm not sure if you can over water a chick, but one time I was so anxious to get a sickly chick to live I kept forcing water and yogurt on it. It didn't make it, although I'm not sure if it was me or if I got to the chick too late. Just a note of caution.

no poop or pee in it. I dipped her beak in yogurt and she kept at it. Water leaked out of her nose. She scratching her foot now and peeping more. I'm gonna keep at yogurt.

OK, she just pooped. Very long, watery, diarrhea looking. She struggled then pooped.

I think green poo means they are dehydrated and hungry. You could also mash up her feed with warm water or mash up the feed with yogurt. Also, make sure she isn't too hot. This sounds like what mine had but by the time I got to her she was too late. At least she is eating so hopefully she will be okay!

Thank you. I put her back with others for a bit then checked, she moved around all by herself!! No eating feed or drinking water but that's a start. I will try the watered mashed feed in another bit. Fxing

Still working on her. Another runny watery poop. Moving around and peeping much more still not pecking for feed or at water. I will mix the yogurt and feed still, she wiped off yogurt and got a few pieces of feed off plate.
