i bought 6 straight run chick on April 16th...and three of them look like this and they are so big. what breed is this and are they she's

That looks like it might be a roo. It is a Cornish cross. They are meant to be processed at 8 to 12 weeks. If you don't want to eat them, restrict feed to once a day and free range constantly. They will still have a much shorter life span and will have health problems with their legs, lungs, and heart.
