What breed is this?

I have a pair of solid white chickens that I cannot find out what they are.  Any help would be appreciated.  They have feathers on their legs, have five toes and bonnets(?).  I thought they were Silkies but their feathers are not fizzy.  They are, however, sort of loose on their body.  They are medium size but kind of tall and slender looking.  The hen is on the left is, I presume, a hen and the rooster (?) on the right.  They are wild and shy and squawk very loudly when caught.  Thanks.

They may be Houdans or if their skin is black they are most likely silky crosses.

They're Sultans.

I get lost in a dream of a small pick-your-own produce farm with a little petting zoo, pumpkin patch, and corn maze....

Thanks.  Finally found a picture of one on the caption contest but couldn't contact owner to find out what they are.  They are quite different in mannerisms and traits.  Glad to find out what they are.  Thanks again.
