We thought we knew based on list of breeds given by the guy we got the fertile eggs from but the fuzzy legs and feet are making us unsure. What is this little guy or girl?

We had originally thought before hatch that it was black wyandotte but the leg and feet feathers don't match that.
What comb type does it have?

I don't know. I don't see any. It is 3 weeks old.
Thats fine, as it grows if it has a straight comb it is most likely a Cochin.
