rouen duck gender help?

so my family got two rouen ducklings on April 11 and we're trying to decide what gender they are. I know what color their bills should be as adults so I think maybe we have a pair but I'm not sure. here's pics of them showing their bills.

this one is our sweet little snuggle duck. there's def some yellow on his bill so I think he's a boy.





this one is sociable but more independent. my eyes may have been tricking me, but I think in the sunlight today I saw some definite orange on their bill so maybe a girl?

that's what I was thinking, but I wasn't completely sure. especially since I heard the males are usually bigger than the females and he's definitely the smaller of the two. but then, sometimes you do wind up with a critter that's smaller or larger than usual for it's breed and/or gender so that could be what's going on.
 
If you have any streaks of green on the head it's a male. I have a male Rouen just like your's pictured and is about 4 months old now. He should start molting here soon for the summer and look for a grey bottom to come out.

I've seen some people say green on the head in their adolescent feathers isn't a sure thing. both mine have at least some of a green sheen on their head feathers, altho the bottom one, which I'm hoping is a girl, has far more brown mixed in and less green. they're around 7 weeks old right now tho (I'm not 100% sure how many days before we got them they arrived at Tractor Supply), they still have some baby down clinging to their adolescent feathers. (he has less of those than her tho, since he likes it when I mess with his feathers so I've preened some of them off for him.)
 
How does the voice sound on either one of them. The males voice will be raspy while the female will be a lot louder. If your comfortable picking them up, they will have different voices when u hold them.

they don't really quack much, not even when picked up and held. the're more chatty than anything else and they're use to being handled. one of them made a quack today at a visiting mallard drake (he's been stopping by, usually with his hen, but yesterday and today she was missing) but I'm not sure which one it was. I'm guessing it's the bottom one since they were showing more curiosity about him. the top one makes a pretty loud quack when I have to leave them alone for a bit, but it doesn't quite sound right, it's louder than what I'd expect out of a drake, but it's still pretty raspy. it almost sounds like a yelling version of the raspy quack the visiting mallard drake does. we call this the one's "MAMA! MAMA! DON'T LEAVE ME MAMA!" cry.
 
Sounds like u got some pretty close ducks, I'm jealous. Lol. Sounds like there just a tad bit too young yet to really determine there sex. One more thing to look for is the famous head bop that drakes do when around females.
