Hi...we've spent the past month learning how to use power tools and building our coop. I've enjoyed lurking the forums and learning from both the questions and answers on this site. We finally received our pullets yesterday and are looking forward, a bit nervously, to watching them develop into our backyard flock. The girls are an Easter Egger, a Black Australorp, and a production Rhode Island Red.

Hi :welcome

Glad you could join us here! Congratulations on getting your chicken adventures started :clap
What a fab coop you have there, love the colour! You have some beutiful chicks there. Be sure to ask any questions, everyone here to help and very friendly.

Wishing you the very best of luck for the future. Enjoy BYC and all the chicken chat :frow

Thank you for the compliment. My wife is the artist and build engineer. We've still two outer walls to paint and will enter the contest once that is done.

Glad you joined the Backyard chickens flock
