What's unusual about her is she doesn't make a regular hen sound but more of low muffled whining which seems to mean she wants to be in the nesting box so I brought back out and that is where she headed off to.
This is her laying at the moment. I will see what comes out.
Her comb and wattles look good, like she is in lay. Is she eating, drinking, pooping and moving around ok?
I didn't ask, but I'm sure you use layer feed, do you offer oyster shell free choice as well?
She may also benefit (if you haven't done so) with some poultry vitamins in her water. Sometimes a chicken may have trouble absorbing/processing all the nutrients that their food has, so extra vitamins every once in while may be helpful.
