(My origial 4 of 12) The other 8 I didn't have the heart to do what must be done to them, nor watch them get to the not being able to move, so I traded 4 Buffs for the 8 Cornish.

Then we added 10 more. 2 RR reds which quickly became the 16 outside.

The RR were 2 weeks old and they were 2 big to put with the 8 lil ones.

Lastly my 8 babies. 2 weeks old now.

When you have no one around who appreciates chicken's like we do I needed to share.

Chickiezar, that's a lot of chickens! Nice to see. Good luck with them! I've got some 2 wk olds too, and our cat Bitty thinks they're her babies. Her 'chittens.'
 
I have 3 German Shepherds..
I believe they keep the preadators away.

I have 24 total.
I had 32, but I had no heart to kill the cornish.

10 of them are Bantams and Specialty Chicks.
Glad I found a chickie mommy friend.

I am glad the cat loves your babies.
