Hen or Roo?

I was told at Tractor Supply that this was for sure a Hen. The older this chicken gets the more I'm in doubt. I let them out to free range yesterday while we were building on a large run..all the dirt is from digging around to bury the wire. This is a 5 week old Rhode Island Red. What do you think? Sorry for the poor quality, I find it hard to take a pic of a moving target.
 
I've gotta say rooster, unfortunately. Even though the comb isn't huge or bright, he's too dark a red and those legs are huge. Hold out a little longer tho :-D
 
Thank you, that's what I thought, plus those little tail feathers are not looking like a hen.....We will keep him as long as he doesn't cause major stress or damage to the hens.....
