Welcome to BYC. Have you added new birds to your flock recently? She could just be suffering from dehydration, but she also could possibly have coccidiosis, a crop impaction, or something else. Is she getting close to laying eggs yet? Can you feel of her crop to see if it is full and hard, empty, or soft and puffy? Can you get some SaveAChick or electrolytes to give her? Pedialyte or Gatorade are acceptable. I would mix up some raw egg and plain yogurt to see if she will eat it. Fluids are most important now. The symptoms of coccidiosis are runny poops with mucus or blood, hunched or puffed up posture, not eating, and weakness. Corid (amprollium) is the medicine to treat it, and is at feed stores in the cattle aisle. If she is close to laying, you can feel inside her vent with a lubricated finger to feel for a stuck egg.
